The ADA Meeting & Conference Center is approximately 15 miles from Chicago O’Hare International Airport. However, traffic in Chicago can be quite busy on Sunday afternoons. Please keep this in mind when making any travel arrangements.

Question: What time should I fly out on the last day if I don’t want to miss any of the program?
Answer: The course is scheduled to end at 4:00pm on Sundays. We recommend flight times of 6:30pm or later, but we understand if travel plans may require you to leave earlier. For international travelers, please add extra time as appropriate.
Question: What if I have to miss a day or a full session due to a previously planned engagement?
Answer: If possible, please let admin know at time of registration. Arrangements need to be made ahead of time for any (possible) make-up days.
